However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. This policy outlines our refund options for both our monthly/yearly subscriptions and Lifetime Deal plans.
Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions:
- We do not entertain any refunds after activating any plan/subscription on your account.
- There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
- You can cancel your subscription or deactivate your account by contacting our support team. (But NO REFUND will be provided)
Lifetime Deal:
- 7-day money-back guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Lifetime Deal purchases only. If you are not completely satisfied with StoryBlaze within 7 days of your purchase, you can request a refund.
To request a refund:
- Please contact our support team at support@storyblaze.io or raise a support ticket from your StoryBlaze Dashboard.
- Clearly state your reason for requesting a refund and include your Order Confirmation invoice or Order ID (for Lifetime Deal).
- Our support team will review your request and process your refund within 7 business days.
**Please note:**
- This refund policy applies to all purchases made directly through StoryBlaze. We cannot offer refunds for purchases made through third-party websites or app stores.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- In the event of a refund request, kindly be aware that any processing fees or taxes/VAT charges incurred by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted after your refund is processed.
**Disclaimer:** We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without any prior notice. However, we will not apply any changes retroactively to previously purchased Lifetime Deals.
