Affiliate Terms and Conditions:

1. Participation in the StoryBlaze Affiliate Program:
By joining the StoryBlaze Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the program and your eligibility to earn affiliate commissions.

2. Eligibility:
To be eligible for the StoryBlaze Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid PayPal or bank account to receive commission payments. Affiliates from all countries are welcome to participate.

3. Affiliate Commissions:
As an affiliate, you will earn a flat 30% commission on each sale referred through your unique affiliate link. Commissions will be based on the net sale amount after any discounts or refunds. The commission structure is subject to change at the discretion of StoryBlaze.

4. Payout Schedule:
Affiliate commissions will be paid out on a Net15 and Net30 basis. This means that commissions earned within a given month will be paid out 15 or 30 days after the end of that month. Payments will be made via your chosen payment method, such as PayPal or bank transfer.

5. Minimum Payout Threshold:
The minimum payout threshold for affiliate commissions is $50. Commissions must reach or exceed this amount before being eligible for payout. If your earnings do not meet the minimum threshold in a payment cycle, they will roll over to the next cycle until the threshold is reached.

6. Promotion and Marketing:
As an affiliate, you are encouraged to promote StoryBlaze using ethical and legal marketing methods. You may use your unique affiliate link on your website, blog, social media channels, or other appropriate platforms. However, the following promotional activities are strictly prohibited:
– Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
– Misleading or deceptive advertising
– Promotion on adult or illegal websites

– Brand Name Infringement

7. Affiliate Tracking:
StoryBlaze provides affiliates with a dedicated affiliate dashboard to track referral clicks, conversions, and commissions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate links are properly formatted and tracked to ensure accurate commission attribution.

8. Compliance with Laws:
As an affiliate, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while promoting StoryBlaze. This includes but is not limited to data privacy laws, anti-spam regulations, and intellectual property rights.

9. Termination:
StoryBlaze reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account and withhold any pending commissions if you are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.

10. Modification of Terms:
StoryBlaze reserves the right to modify or update these affiliate terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated terms.
